who we are

Marketer by day. Wife & micro-preemie-mama on a mission to love on other NICU families by night. Andy, my husband, calls me “hey, honey!” or “yes, dear.” Nicholas calls me “mama-mama-mama” or “uh-oh-mama!”.

I’m Jaclyn. I am the fingers hovering over the keyboard that creates this site. I am a HELLP syndrome survivor. I am self-proclaimed to be southern royalty (a title I do not take lightly). I love old stuff made new again, a good bottle of wine, & Jesus.

Engineer by day. Husband & all-around patient man who loves a good project by night. Jaclyn, my wife, calls me “hey, babe.” & most often “you’re going to make us late”. Nicholas calls me “dada”.

I’m Andy. I’m a Yankee (as Jaclyn often reminds me) who moved down south & never moved back. I love fast cars, garage projects, rescued animals, servant-ship, & a good bottle of wine.

I am the reason we are here. I was born at 28 weeks & 2 days at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida while my mama & dada were on a brief getaway. I was 14″ long & weighed 1 pound 12 ounces when I arrived. I spent 69 days in the NICU  growing before I came home.

I’m Nicholas. I am fearless. I am strong. I am a riot. I love a fist bump.
